Really can’t praise Tom enough. Starting with cycling he helped turn my FTP from 240w to >300w within a year of 2-3 sessions a week. With 18months of further training from being a complete novice I comfortably completed an Ironman (as 2nd ever triathlon) in 12hrs despite a previous history of regular calf injuries and since then he’s helped me stay injury free whilst I’ve taken over 20mins off my half-marathon PB and gone close to 20min 5k with only 3months training. Anything you set your mind to Tom will give the plan and support to achieve it!

Tom was recommended to me by a friend four years ago, I had just finished my first parkrun and got back into swimming. Roll the clock forward to 2024 where I completed my first middle distance triathlon in 5:45 and a marathon in 3:39. Tom has been great at planning my training, fitting around my job and busy family life and supporting me before and after races. I have never been so fit as I am now and in such a short time too
